We have always had a strong focus on cyber security, however, recently we have had to be even more obsessed given the current risk intensity. Hence this month’s blog (unapologetically) focuses again on cyber security along with some practical help for your day-to-day IT needs.
Staying safe
The NCSC has continued to provide various alerts and guidance including this recent mitigation advice as the Ukraine conflict sadly continues. In addition to these ad hoc announcements, there is a trove of helpful information on its website including cyber security tips for SMEs and individuals as well as a guidance library sorted by specific topic. When reviewing your existing set up, the best place to start is with an audit to understand what you are currently doing well and what could be improved – don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Getting help
Whether we like it or not, our lives today are governed by technology both at work and at home. When it works it’s amazing, when it doesn’t it’s frustrating! Having access to help when you need it is so important but everyone’s needs are different and we offer a range of packages to support your individual business or home office requirements. For some light relief, maybe don’t make the same mistakes as these people (allegedly) did on Helpdesk calls from Spiceworks!
